Total development from conception to the basic design (permitting level) of a project of 88,000 tonnes of renewable methanol production from the capture of 114,000 tonnes of CO2 and the renewable hydrogen from a 200 MWe electrolysis plant. The selection of the technologists was carried out with the tabulation of the bids. Different integrations have been made between the flows of the plants, as well as the optimisation of water consumption through recirculations to cooling systems selected ad-hoc for this process according to the water generated, managing to reduce consumption in order to obtain the requested concession. The project encompasses both the production of electrical energy and the capture of CO2 up to the production of hydrogen and methanol. Project carried out in conjunction with two industrial partners involved in the development of the project. |
