Renewable Fuels Engineering
Scope
We participate in projects from the initial idea to the environmental permitting stage, supporting our clients throughout the development process and helping to accelerate each step thanks to our experience and expertise.
- Preliminary and basic engineering designs for renewable hydrogen, methanol, and ammonia plants, SAF, and carbon capture projects.
- Supplier selection for main equipment through technical tabulations and know-how based on prior experience with those suppliers.
- Plant sizing to determine utility consumption (heat, electricity, water, consumables, etc.) and waste generation (water, chemicals, off-gases...)
- Environmental studies.
- Processing of all required permits.
- Blueprints and renderings to enhance understanding of the project scope.
- Advice on the selection of the most suitable technologies for each type of project.
Our achievements speak for us
4 years working on top-tier projects
Preparation and drafting of preliminary projects
We develop conceptual engineering and administrative projects with enough detail to move forward with permitting in the different autonomous communities. Once the permits are granted, this level of definition also allows the project to move directly into the EPC tendering phase.
We work with a team of environmental experts to deliver comprehensive project development.
At the forefront
We are involved in hydrogen, methanol, ammonia, SAF, and carbon capture projects that are already in the execution phase.
The experience we’ve gained and the issues encountered during the most advanced stages of development are already familiar to us, allowing us to guide projects in the best possible way to minimize them.
Environmental permitting and project impact
Our knowledge of the technology, along with a deep understanding of project impacts, allows us to tackle the required environmental studies quickly and effectively. This is essential to carry out assessments and secure the Integrated Environmental Authorization (AAI) or water concessions.
We work with partners who have extensive experience in conducting environmental studies.
Project rendering
Being able to build a project is just as important as being able to communicate it effectively.
With our 3D renderings, investors, public authorities, and even the general public will understand what your project is about—even enabling virtual tours of the facilities.
This allows you to clearly convey the essence and impact of your project.
We’re here for you. How can we help?
